I read a market the way I read a growth funnel, looking for the signal underneath the noise. Three multinational fintech brands, one Web3 community, and one agency of my own later, my job is the same: turn a cold audience into a trusted one, then turn that trust into revenue.
I'm a results-driven growth and GTM professional with experience across fintech, Web3, and digital products, spanning product strategy, marketing, and social media growth. I build and execute go to market strategies, scale communities and content, and drive adoption through data driven experimentation.
My background in Business Management shaped how I approach growth: not as a content calendar, but as a market research problem. I've used that lens to help operations teams reach product-market fit, and to help three multinational fintech brands turn cold, skeptical audiences into engaged, converting communities.
In late 2024 I founded Jelas Digital, legally registered as PT Jelas Advisory Digital, a growth marketing agency that now runs full funnel growth for 10+ SME/B2B and FMCG clients. I run the full stack myself, including market research, PR, community management, and advertising, and I stay hands on with the craft, filming, editing, and writing every piece of content that carries the strategy.
